Hi,

As some of you may already know i have started filming author interviews and putting them on YouTube.

Here is the latest one of Michael Oliver talking about new book Tales from the Toolbox.

Would be great to hear what people think of them. Also, any authors reading this who would like to interviewed get in touch.

Cheers, Paul

Reprint / 2nd Ed Query

Hi there,

First of all, wonderful idea to have a forum. Good to see one of my favourite publishers opening up to it's customers so much.

My request is for a reprint or 2nd Edition of John Tipler's Alfa Romeo Berlinas. Preferably a reprint, because the original is beginning to look a little dated and a new edition would be able to include the 159 and updated 166 circa '03.

This book is quite scarce on the second-hand market, and the only available copies sell for ridiculous money ...

So Honda goes (just like Max & Bernie said the manufacturers eventually would) - who is next? I see the boss at Williams is confidently predicting another pull out by one of the big boys pre-season.

Such a shame that the FIA alliance with the small teams collapsed amid much fear and loathing in 2004. No more Jordan, no more Sauber, no more Minardi. Speaking of which ...

Hi there, I hear this will be a 16 book series - I see the ones below are already listed, would just like to know what the final 5 titles will be and whether that will be it.

I'm guessing the Lancia Delta, perhaps 037, Lancer Evo (would love to have a Galant section), Toyota Corolla WRC, Peugeot 206 WRC, Renault Alpine, Ford/Lotus Cortina...?

Thanks!

Audi Quattro

Austin Healey

Escort Mk1

Escort RS1800

Escort Cosworth/RWC

A Book I'd like to Get Published

I've got an idea about a book. With the crash of the auto market, this might be more of a history book, but I'm putting together a book on who owns who in the automotive world. We know some of the simple ones, Ford owns Volvo and part of Mazda. My book would tell you how much Ford owns of Mazda (and Volvo trucks has nothing to do with Volvo cars.)

What do you guys think? Would you be interested in a book showing you diagrams on how the different automakers are connected and by how much?

Hello cafe racer fans - did you modify your Dommie back in the 50s or 60s, ride a Triton, Tribsa, Enfield Continental GT 250 or perhaps a Norvin?

Maybe your dream bike was a Dunstall Suzuki, or Seeley Honda in the 70s, or did you build a Spondon, Moto Martin, Anglo Bike special or Rickman Metisse in the 80s?

I am writing a book called the cafe racer phenomenon, due to be published in 2009 at Veloce, and I need personal memories of the bikes, the characters, the great places where riders ...
